Many of our items are shipped at no additional charge to our customers. Those items will specify "Free Shipping on this item" on the order form. Free shipping may be limited to 48 U.S. states. Shipping charges may be added to items shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the United States. Please contact us to inquire about shipping charges if you are located in Hawaii, Alaska or outside the U.S A. We will ship at the lowest possible cost to save our valualble customers money whenever possible. Certain items (because of size and or weight need to be priced at the time of ordering)  Very large, heavy items must be sent by freight. 

If shipping rate is not specified with item, please contact us for rate, if you need the quote before ordering. Rates can vary per item and per shipping address. We will  search for the least expensive, safest way to ship the item to you, and pass the savings on to you our valued customer.

Any item may be returned at customers expense, but certain items, such as items that have been made to order may incur a re-stocking fee upon return. Customer shall be responsible for shipping costs on all returns. This will be determined on a "case by case basis" and we will do our best to accomodate all of our valuable customers every time.
